Balsamroot Exteriors did an excellent job on my roof! I needed all the sheathing replaced and I wanted to use plywood. Balsamroot does not use OSB. Marcelo's quote was very competitive with other quotes that use OSB. The job went great and I am very happy with the results.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was very pleased with the work crew. They took their time to share what was happening and what it would look like when finished. They work fast and efficient, and still had time for questions.
The job looks way better than I had hoped for.

These guys did a fabulous job! Showed up on time, very considerate of my time and property, cleaned up the work site, and followed up with me on a walk-through afterwards. I definitely recommend this company and this crew for any exterior project that you may have. Absolutely fabulous company to work with.
