These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program (“SMS
Program”) operated by Balsamroot Exteriors LLC (“Balsamroot Exteriors,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”), an exterior contractor serving Spokane Valley, Washington and
the surrounding area. By opting in to receive text messages from Balsamroot
Exteriors LLC, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description
The Balsamroot Exteriors LLC SMS Program sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to
homeowners who have requested a free estimate or otherwise provided their mobile
number to us. We use the program to communicate with you about your requested
roofing, siding, window, gutter, and decking services. Messages may include:
– Free estimate scheduling and coordination
– Appointment confirmations and reminders
– Project and service updates
– Responses to your questions and inquiries
– Follow-up regarding your estimate or service

2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You consent to receive text messages from Balsamroot Exteriors LLC when you
provide your mobile phone number and opt in through one of our forms (for
example, when requesting a free estimate on balsamrootext.com) or by otherwise
giving us your number and permission to text you. Consent is not a condition of
any purchase. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of
the mobile number you provide.

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of
your estimate or project.

4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to
your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details
about your messaging and data plan.

5. Opt Out (Reply STOP)
You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message
you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time
confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will
no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to rejoin, you can opt
in again the same way you did originally.

6. Help (Reply HELP)

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is
subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is
outside of our control.

8. Privacy and Your Mobile Information
We respect your privacy. Balsamroot Exteriors LLC will not share, sell, or rent
your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or text-messaging consent to any third
parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information
is used solely to contact you about your requested estimate and services. For

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be
posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued

acceptance of the revised Terms.
