Balsamroot Exteriors did an outstanding job on my roof. They were professional, on time, and kept me informed at every step of the process. The crew worked efficiently, maintained a clean work area, and delivered high‑quality results. Honest, reliable, and easy to recommend.

There are more than 1500 licensed roofers in Spokane and north Idaho...a staggering number and you can't possibly talk to all of them. Who's got the "best deal"?

Balsamroot.

John McCullem, the owner at Balsamroot is an incredible communicator and has more than 10 years of success under his belt. He uses the quality GAF brand, service 2nd to none-John is easily reachable and responds immediately to any concern. That's value, and a guarantee on product at the right price is truly hard to beat!

Balsamroot doesn't want all your money.

They'd rather you get a quality job at the right price and a roof you're so pleased with that you'll recommend them to ALL your friends and relatives

John helped me get a brand new roof on my home. He included a new skylight and even threw in a shade for free! Would highly recommend Balsamroot Exteriors!

The roof turned out great. We were very pleased with John's communication. The process wasn't perfect but extremely close to it.

They did great work on my trailers skirting when they came out for the appraisal we walked and he explained in plain talk for me what needed repairs and how they would solve some of the trickier issues caused by my decks but the work was done quick and it look 100% better then it did before and they even went above and beyond to fix some things we didn't see till after the old skirt was taken off.

John came to estimate a repair to my siding and just made the repair on the spot at no charge. He was very knowledgeable on what had to be done. (I posted this review for my friend Paul as he does not use Google but wanted to leave a review)

John at Balsamroot Exteriors managed the installation of a new (and beautiful) deck at the back of my house, the installation of new windows in the front, and the installation of new siding on the front and sides of my house. (I’m having the back done next March.) The time it took to complete all of this was far shorter than John originally estimated. He and his crew were professional and courteous throughout the process. My neighbors have stopped to admire the new siding, and also have commented on how great my deck looks. I am beyond thrilled with the final result.
